How much ever Siddharth liked to be a one man army, he believed in team work. And he also believed he can't keep taking stress for every other small thing - which he most probably will, considering how his Job is related to people's lives in one way or the other - and for that to happen, he needed the best team. This Profession isn't about how much he achieves personally or how well he cracks deals with his intelligent brain. Its about people's welfare. Things have changed in West Bengal in the last 15 Years. All thanks to Vishal Vardhaan Roy. That man changed many things in the past decade. So, Siddharth doesn't have to start from Zero. If their goal is achieve 100 steps, Siddharth took over at step 45 and he couldn't be more grateful for that. 

He isn't blindsided to the uproar of media about his silence, and zero work as a Chief Minister. And he certainly knew this isn't Opposition Party's work. There exists the opposition -  only for namesake, kept in place by his bhaiyya. Very few people are aware of it and he is one of them after their father.
