It has been 15 days, Abhimanyu lost his father to an accident. Abhimanyu had a hunch that it was a murder but he had to wait until Vikranth opens his eyes. And he didn't want to think about the guy for his own reasons. He would have had Vikranth shifted to his home long ago, but he himself was in chaos to bring a COMA patient into his home. The police did their investigation but of no use. They declared that it as an accident.

Skipping the even would put them all in a bad books infront of media obviously but that isn't what they are bothered about.
